When choosing to complete a learning path or certificate, you may count each course separately. For example, if you complete the "Career Essentials in GitHub" certificate, all 4 courses count separately and will fulfill the requirements to excel in this outcome.
When choosing to complete a certificate, you must complete the courses in the certificate but do not need to complete the certification exam (many of which cost money).
